Forgot your User ID or Passcode?

If you forgot your User ID or Passcode, visit the login page of 1bank Internet Banking or download the BOC App and click on the “Forgot User ID / Passcode?” link.

How it works

Follow the steps below to create your Passcode or recover your User ID:

  • 1 Select “Next” to proceed to the next step.
  • 2 Enter your ID or Passport number and your mobile number or email address (depending on how you wish to receive the verification code). The data entered must be the same as registered in the Banks’ system.
  • 3 Enter the verification code received on your mobile phone or email address (depending on your choice on step 2).
  • 4 Enter your date of birth and one of the following: The last 6 digits of any connected accounts on your 1bank subscription or the last 6 digits of any of your (activated) cards.
  • 5 Select the subscription for which you wish to create a passcode.
  • 6 Create and confirm the new passcode.
  • 7 The new passcode has been created.

  • After the opening of your 1bank subscription, an SMS message with your User ID will be sent to your registered mobile number. To create your own Passcode, visit the login page of 1bank Internet banking or download the BOC App and select “First Time Login for New Subscribers” link.

  • To create your Passcode, follow the following steps:

    • Step 1: Accept 1bank Terms & Conditions.
    • Step 2: Enter your ID or Passport number and your mobile number or email address (depending on how you wish to receive the verification code).The data entered must be the same as registered in the Banks’ system.
    • Step 3: Enter the verification code received on your mobile phone or email address (depending on your choice on step 2).
    • Step 4: Enter your date of birth and one of the following:
      The last 6 digits of any connected accounts on your 1bank subscription or
      the last 6 digits of any of your (activated) cards.
    • Step 5: Select the subscription for which you wish to create a passcode.
    • Step 6: Create and confirm the new passcode.
    • Step 7: The new passcode has been created.
  • In case you enter 3 consecutive times wrong static passcode, your subscription is automatically locked. However, you are given 3 more tries to enter the correct passcode in order to follow a simple and secure procedure to unlock your subscription by yourself (self-service).

  • The option is offered to  Individual and Business Subscribers, only if they are using static passcode to login to 1bank. In case of “Signing on” with Digipass, the self-unlock procedure is not available.

  • If you enter wrong static passcode for more than 6 times to login in 1bank, then your subscription is locked. In order to unlock and enable your subscription again, you must  select the “Forgot User ID / Passcode?” link on the login page of 1bank Internet and Mobile Banking.
