Card Management - PIN Re-issue

Option through which you can request the  activation of a card, replacement of a card or view a card PIN.

General information

  • Activate card is available in retail subscriptions only, for all the user's cards which are pending activation prior to their usage. Through the retail subscription the user can also activate a business card as long as he/she is the owner of the card.  Αctivate card is available for new cards (excluding Prepaid και Internet Cards).  Activate card is not available for card renewals or card replacements.  
  • Card Replacement is available for:
    • All user's valid cards
    • Cards with no arrears (credit cards)
  • Card replacement due to early renewal is available only for cards expiring within the next 3 months.
  • Card replacement is free of charge
  • The new card will be mailed to the mailing address maintained by the Bank or to your branch, in case your cards are always received through your branch
  • Now you can view your PIN through our Mobile App instantly and at no cost, by selecting the “Cards” option and then “View PIN”. 

Process – Applicable for Full Version:  

Card Replacement process

  • Action: Select Card Replacement
  • Reason: Select if you wish for Early Renewal or if the card replacement is due to Damaged Card.
  • Card: Select one of the cards displayed
  • Submit:  Click to submit the request
  • Confirm: Click to confirm the transaction
  • Transaction Number: The system returns a message on the top part of the screen containing the status of the transaction. Click on the Transaction Number to view the details of the transaction. 

PIN 

  • Now you can view your PIN through our Mobile App instantly and at no cost, by selecting the “Cards” option and then “View PIN”. 

 

Activate Card process

  • Action: Select Activate Card 
  • Card: Select one of the cards displayed
  • Submit:  Click to submit the request
  • Digipass Code: Enter a digipass code (if required)
  • Confirm: Click to confirm the transaction
  • Transaction Number: The system returns a message on the top part of the screen containing the status of the transaction. Click on the Transaction Number to view the details of the transaction.
