Society is trying to gradually return back to the “new normality” following the effects of the pandemic, while people, sometimes having no other means, got accustomed to using on-line services to process certain tasks. Within this context, our Bank, with the initiative of the Compliance Division, is working on launching soon an important initiative, that of on boarding clients (both individuals and legal entities) digitally. In parallel, the Bank already provides the option to individual existing clients to perform reviews of their accounts, digitally through one-bank. These new services are considered revolutionary, as our Bank is the first financial institution in the region to introduce them.
They form part of one of the main features the strategy of our Compliance Division, which is to implement new technologies in an effort to improve efficiencies internally, capture and monitor risks effectively and provide the Bank’s clients with a faster and better service.
