Phone banking for individuals and businesses:

You can access our Customer Service Agents from Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 21:30 or our interactive voice response (IVR) system for specific transactions 24/7.
For phone banking you need your User ID and Passcode, which you can obtain:
- from any of our branches
- by calling 800 00 800 or +357 22 128000 from abroad (for individuals only)
- if you represend legal entities (such as companies, cooperatives etc) you can obtain the necessary documents from your branch or print them from our website
For transfers and payments to third parties you need to obtain either of the two Digipass devices to ensure the security of your transactions.
