• In case you lose or reveal your codes to third parties you must immediately change them and inform the Bank as soon as possible.


• Ignore any email or any other electronic communication which requests you to reveal personal details (User ID, Passcode, bank account number, card number, etc).


• If you suspect or become aware of any attempt made to obtain your personal details (via email, internet, links or any other form of communication) contact Bank of Cyprus immediately.


• Bank of Cyprus and its authorised employees will never ask you to reveal any personal details through the internet, email, pop up windows and banners.
