To access the 1bank channels for free, you need to use your User ID and Passcode.

You can submit your application for access codes as follows:

If you are a private user

• by calling , between 07:45 and 21:30 (Monday to Friday) 800 00 800 or +357 22 128000 (from abroad)
• at any of our branches (preferably at the branch where your account is held)
• you can also choose and print the application (or applications, depending on your needs) from the following:
   
  
  • Personal application
  • Digipass Go 3 or Digipass 0550 application
  • Authorisation / application to appoint an authorised person
  • Application to make changes to your 1bank subscription
  • Application to change the authorisation you gave to another person

If you represent legal entities (such as companies, cooperatives etc)

You can print the necessary documents:

• Application for legal entities / institutions
• Board of Directors resolution
• Digipass Go 3 or Digipass 0550 application

It’s necessary to send both the application and the resolution document. Legal entity applications must be signed by all directors / secretaries and bear the stamp of the company.

After filling in and signing the documents, you can submit them at any of our branches (preferably at the branch where your account is held) or post them to:
