How to find the terms that relate to your service

The terms of your Agreement will set out your client categorisation (i.e., as a retail client, a professional client or an eligible counterparty) and the services provided by the Bank. Depending on your client category and the services being provided, different Investment Services Documents will apply, as set out in the table of services below.

If you are an existing client of the Bank, updated copies of your Investment Services Documents (as amended from time to time) will be posted here.
