We operate four International Business Units (IBUs) located in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos with working hours from 7.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. Our clients can also have direct access to their accounts and execute secure transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our advanced internet banking platform.

All IBUs are supported by state-of-the-art technology and staffed with highly qualified and experienced personnel specialised in providing efficient and superior service to our international clientele with a personal touch. All our officers are fluent English speakers and all IBUs are also staffed with officers who are fluent in Russian as well as other European languages.

The superior service offering of the ΙBUs is enhanced through personal visits to clients’ premises in order to identify and discuss the clients’ financial and other needs and provide effective solutions.

In addition, it acts as liaison between Greek entrepreneurs with business activities in other countries where we operate and our banking units in those countries.
